依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的：观察依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法：选择我院98例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为两组,观察组、对照组各49例。观察组给予依达拉奉30mg/次,加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml中,30min内滴完,每日2次,连用14d;对照组给予吡拉西坦8g/次,加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml中,每日1次,连用14d。观察治疗后疗效及超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平变化。结果：两组治疗后14、28d进行神经功能缺失评分,观察组明显好于对照组,治疗前、治疗后7、14d行hs-CRP检查,观察组较对照组明显下降,两组间差异有统计学意义。结论：应用依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死,有助于神经功能的恢复,提高疗效,改善患者的生活质量。

Effect of Edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective：To observe the clinical results of Edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods：98 cases of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,49 cases of observation group and 49 cases of control group.The observation group was given Edaravone 30 mg/time,adding 0.9% sodium chloride in jection 250 ml in 2 times a day,within 30 minutes of drops finished,for 14 days;the control group was given Piracetam 8 g/time,adding 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 ml in a day one time,used in conjunction 14 days.The efficacy and hs-CRP levels were observed after treatment.Results：At 14,28 days after treatment,the neurological severity scores of observation group was significantly better than the control group,before and at 7,14 days after treatment,the hs-CRP de creased significantly in the observation group than in the control group,there was statistically significant difference be tween two groups.Conclusion：Edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can help to restore nerve function,enhance efficacy,improve patients＇ quality of life.
