| 摘 要： | 采用Ｍａｄｉｇａｎ手术治疗良性前列腺增生４１例，结果手术均顺利，获得了满意的疗效．结果表明，由于该术式不切开膀胱，保留了尿道的完整，因而缩短了留置尿管时间，减少了住院天数，大大降低了术后并发症如尿失禁、尿道狭窄和逆行射精的发生率，疗效满意．

| Abstract: | Madigan prostatectomy was performed in 41 men with benign prostate hypertrophy. All the operations went smooth and satisfactory. With the bladder unopen, as shown by results, the urethra remained intact, thus shortening the time for the indwelling catheter and hospitalization and greatly reducing such postoperative complication rates as urinary incontinence, urethra stricture and retrograde ejaculation. |
