摘    要:目的 :由下颌骨螺旋 CT断层像三维重建数据用分层实体制造方法复制该下颌骨。方法 :Rhinoceros3D软件将下颌骨三维数据由 DXF文件转换为 STL文件 ,快速成型机 M- RPMS- II的数据检验与处理软件读入 STL文件、进行实体分层、输出 CL I(comman layer interface)文件 ,监控系统软件读入分层信息 ,设定加工参数 ,控制层厚 0 .1mm的涂敷纸逐层叠加制作下颌骨。结果 :得到了下颌骨纸质实物模型 ,其几何外形与下颌骨标本基本一致。结论 :下颌骨复制模型精度符合颌面外科要求 ,可用于术前设计和规划。

Abstract:?Objective: To fabricate mandibula replica by laminated object manufacturing with the data of three dimensional reconstruction of human mandibula for surgery.Methods: Rhinoceros 3D software was used to convert the 3 D data of the mandibula to STL format, then the STL file was input into the computer which is a part of the rapid apparatus M RPMS II, and the STL data was converted to slice format such as CLI by processing software, at last processing parameters were chosen, the 3D stereo mandibular model was built layer by layer by laminating of 0.1 mm thin paper, after the layers of paper had been attached one by one a laser was used to cut to remove unwanted areas. Results: Pilot model of mandibula, built with paper was modelled, the dimensions of the model were in agreement with the mandibula specimen. Conclusions:The accuracy of the mandible modlss can meet with maxillofacial expectation.
