骨伤患者术后疼痛的护理探究

目的针对骨伤患者术后疼痛的护理探究,正确认识术后对骨伤患者的护理方法,并掌握应用。方法对该院从2010年8月—2012年8月收录的800例骨伤患者,采用对比研究法,将这800例随机分配为两组:对照组和治疗组,每组400例。对照组仅采用常规护理,而治疗组给予常规处理的同时还给予护理干预措施。结果治疗组的康复效率达97.75%,而对照组仅76.25%。结论骨伤患者术后的疼痛护理对患者疾病的康复具有显著的治疗作用,可提高手术治疗的效率。

Postoperative pain nursing care research of patients with bone injury

To explore the nursing care of postoperative pain of patients with bone fracture nursing inquiry, understand the postoperative nursing on patients with bone injury, and grasp the application. Methods From August 2010 to August 2012, 800cases of bone fracture patients included, using comparative research method, the 800 cases were randomly assigned into two groups： control group and treatment group, 400 cases in each group. The control group only received routine care, while the treatment group was given conventional treatment and nursing intervention measures. Results The treatment group rehabilitation efficiency up to 9Z75%, while the control group only 76.25%. Conclusion The postoperative pain nursing of patients with bone injury has obvious curative effect to the rehabilitation of patients, can improve the efficiency of operation treatment.
