摘    要:目的识别、分析某公司丁苯橡胶项目的职业病危害,并进行控制效果评价。方法依据《建设项目职业病危害评价规范》等法律法规,采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析法及综合分析等方法进行评价。结果该项目选址与总体布局、生产工艺与设备布局、职业病防护措施等基本符合有关要求。生产过程中可能产生粉尘、化学毒物、噪声等职业病危害因素,其中,噪声强度最大值为100.2 dB(A),超过国家职业卫生限值;其他职业病危害因素的检测结果均符合国家职业卫生标准。职业健康检查未发现疑似职业病及职业病病例,但发现了3例职业禁忌证。结论该项目属于职业病危害一般的建设项目,职业病危害控制效果较好,在相关的措施制度上还需进一步完善。

Abstract:Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the occupational risk factors in the construction project of styrene butadiene rubber. Methods According to relative national standards, field hygiene investigation, occupational risk factors monitoring, occupational health examination, checklist and general analysis were used to evaluate the project. Results The items including the site selection, the arrangement and layout of the facilities, occupational disease prevention and protection measures accorded with relative national standards. There might exist many occupational risk factors such as dust, chemical poisons and noise. The maximum of noise intensity was 100. 2 dB (A), beyond the national standards;The values of the others met the national standards. No suspected occupational diseases or occupational disease cases except 3 occupational contraindication cases were discovered. Conclusion The project has general occupational hazards, and the occupational risk factors are well controlled. However, more effective measures on occupational diseases in the project should be taken.
