四例肝移植成功报告及文献复习

目的:根据我们4例肝移植手术的成功经验结合文献复习,探讨肝移植受体和术式的选择.方法:4例肝移植受体均为男性,分别为晚期肝癌、早期小肝癌、肝硬化终末期和肝移植后胆道狭窄.供肝植入分别采用经典式原位肝移植(静脉转流或未转流),背驮式肝移植.结果:4例均手术成功,治愈出院.术后随访6～9个月,均肝功能正常、能够生活自理.结论:肝移植是治疗各种终末期肝病的有效方法,正确选择适应证及手术方式是提高肝移植患者存活率的关键.

Liver transplantation: report of 4 cases and literature review

Objective:To review our experience with orthotopic liver transplantation.Methods:Four liver transplantation were performed (including one liver retransplantation),of whom 1 patients received the transplantation for end stage liver cirrhosis,2 for primary liver carcinoma,1 for jaundice after hepatectomy for liver cancer.Retransplantation was done in 1 patient for intrahepatic biliary stenosis.Of the 4 operations,3 underwent the classical procedures of orthotopic liver transplantation(1 for VVBP),while 1 adopted piggyback technique,with 1 of the patients receiving retransplantation.Results:Four patients survived the transplantation and discharged successfully.Their liver function remained normal within a 6-9 months follow-up period.Conclusion:Liver transplantation is an effective treatment for various end-stage liver diseases.Strict patient selection,appropriate timing of the operation and proper operative method are all essential for the success of liver transplantation.
