明党参种植基地土壤和药材中的有机氯农药及重金属残留分析

摘    要:目的:测定、分析江苏明党参规范化种植基地土壤和药材中的有机氯农药残留量及重金属含量,为明党参安全规范化生产提供依据。方法:采用气相色谱法测定有机氯农药残留量,用ICP法测定铅、镉、铜、铬、砷含量,用原子荧光光谱法测定汞含量。结果:江苏明党参种植基地土壤和药材中有机氯农药残留量、重金属含量均低于国家限量标准。结论:江苏明党参种植基地土壤和药材均符合中药材GAP标准。

Abstract:Objective: To quantitatively analyse residuals of organochlorine pesticides and heavy metals in cultivated Changium smyrnioides and soil of GAP plantation base in Jurong city. Method: Organochlorine residuals was determined by GC, the contents of Pb, Cd ,Cr, Cu and As were determined by IPC, and the content of Hg by AFS. Result: All of the residuals were below related GB standards.Conclusion: Residuals of pesticides and heavy metals in cultivated C. smyrnioides and soil of plantation base were conformed to GAP.
