摘    要:目的 了解泌尿生殖道支原体对抗生素的耐药情况,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法 使用“支原体培养、鉴定、药敏”一体化试剂合,对临床标本培养阳性312株支原体进行常用10种抗生素药敏试验。结果 290株解脲支原体(Uu)和22株人型支原体(Mh)对四环素、多西环素、红零素、罗红零素、螺旋零素、阿奇零素、米诺环素、交沙零素、氧氟沙星、左氧氟沙星的耐药率分别为:45.17%、13.63%,25.86%、0%,15.52%、77.27%,15.52%、77.27%,10.34%、27.77%,10,69%、68.18%,24.14%、13.64%,1.38%、0%,22.07%、9.09%。5.86%、4.54%。结论 Mh对大环内脂类抗生素中的红零素、罗红零素、阿奇零素有较严重的耐药性。交沙零素对Uu、Mh的敏感性高,可作为首选药物。在治疗支原体感染时应采取联合用药,合理选用最佳方案。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the resistance antibiotics of mycoplasma and to offer a basis for the treatment of mycoplasma infections.Methods We used the integrated kit of culture,identification and antibiotic sensitivity test to study 312 positive strains of mycoplasma,and performed antibiotic susceptibility test.Results Of all the 312 isolated strains,there were 290 strains of M.urealyticum(Uu) and 22 strains of M.hominis(Mh).The rate of resistance to tetracycline,doxcycline,erythromvcin roxithromycin,acetylspiramycin,azithromycin,minomycin,josamacin,ofloxacin and cravit was 45.17%,13.63%;25.86%,0.00%;15.52%,77.27%;15.52%,77.27%;10.34%,77.27%;10.69%,68.18%;24.14%,13.64%;1.38%,0.00%;22.07%,9.09%;5.86%,4.54%.Conclusion The resistance of Mh to erythromycin,roxithromycin and azithromycin is significantly stronger than other antibiotics.Josamycin is significantly more sensitive to Uu and Mh,and may be selected as the first drugs to treat mycoplasma infections.We must treat mycoplasma infections according to the result of antitiotic sensitivity.
