桑杏麻黄汤经皮给药并用治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘56例

目的]观察桑杏麻黄汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法]将86例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分成两组。治疗组56例中，采用口服中药桑杏麻黄汤加减，每日1剂，分2次服用，并配合中药经皮给药治疗仪治疗，隔日1次，每次30min，10次为1个疗程；对照组30例中，采用口服西药酮替酚1mg，每日2次，氨茶碱0．1g，每日3次治疗。两组均以1个月为1个疗程，观察临床疗效。结果]治疗组56例，治愈43例，占76．79％；显效7例，占12．50％；好转4例，占7．14％；无效2例，占3．57％，总有效率96．43％。对照组30例，治愈8例，占26．67％；显效10例，占33．23％；好转4例，占13．33％；无效8例，占26．7％，总有效率73．33％。两组治愈率、总有效率比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论]桑杏麻黄汤加减配合中药经皮给药治疗仪治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效确切，无任何毒副作用，值得推广应用。

The Clinical Observation of Use Sangxingmahuang Tang with Transdermal Drug Delivery Systems to Cure Cough Variant Asthma 56 Cases

Objective] To observe the clinical effcacy of use Sangxingmahuang Tang to cure Cough Variant Asthma. Methods] The 86 cases of Cough variant asthma sufferer divided into two random groups. The 56 cases of treatment group would take dose traditional Chinese medicine of Sangxingmahuang Tang, which incresce or decrease for oral administration two times a day. And use Transdermal Drug Delivery Systems for 30 mins once two day in the same time, ten times be one course of the treatment. The 30 cases of matched group would take Img Ketotifen two times a day and 0. lg Aminophylline three times a day. Both groups would be observed the clinical effcacy for one month. Results ] In 56 cases of the treatment group, there are 43 cases would be cured with 76.79 %, 7 cases are effective with 12.50%, 4 cases are improved with 7.14%, and 2 cases are invalidation with 3.57%. Total efficiency is 96.43%. In the 30 cases of matched group, there are 8 cases would be cured with 26.67%, ten cases are effective with 33.23%, 4 eases are improved with 13.33%, and 8 cases are invalidation with 26.7%. Total efficiency is 73.33%. To compare with two groups of total eddiciency, it has statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ] Use Sangxingmahuang Tang with Transdermal Drug Delivery Systems to cure Cough Variant Asthma is effectivity, and without any toxic side effect. It is necessary to be populaelzed.
