风湿骨痛药酒药槌外治法治疗兔膝关节骨关节炎的实验研究

为探讨风湿骨痛药酒药槌外治法对兔膝关节早期骨关节炎的治疗效果及作用机理,将18只日本大耳白兔随机分成正常组.造模组、治疗组3组.对后2组采用右股静脉结扎的方法建立兔膝关节骨关节炎模型.8周后,对治疗组行风湿骨痛药酒药槌外治.治疗3周后,检测右膝滑膜组织中SOD活性及MDA含量,并对关节软骨、滑膜进行组织形态学观察.结果示造模组较正常组、治疗组SOD活性明显下降,MDA含量明显上升,具有非常显著差异(P＜0.01).治疗组与正常组水平相近,无明显差异(P＞0.05).组织形态学观察见造模组关节软骨呈较明显的退变,滑膜呈明显炎性改变.治疗组关节软骨退变较轻,滑膜未见明显炎性改变.表明风湿骨痛药酒药槌外治法能明显抑制兔膝关节骨关节炎滑膜炎症;提高机体抗OFR系统的功能,直接清除膝关节组织中过多的OFR;减轻月骨关节炎关节软骨的退变;因而对早期OA具有明显的效果.

THE EXTERNAL TREATMENT OF KNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS AT EARLY STAGE IN RABBITS WITH MEDICATED MALLET IMMERSED IN FENGSHI GUTONG MEDICAL LIQUOR: An experimental study

Objective: To study the therapeutic effects and mechanisms of the external treatment of knee osteoarthritis at early stage in rabbits with medicated mallet immersed in Fengshi Gutong medical liquor. Methods: Eighteen white Japanese rabbits with big ears were divided into 3 groups randomly: normal group, model group, treatment group, and the latter two groups were made models by ligating the right femoral vein, 8 weeks later the treatment group was treated with medicated mallet immersed in Fengshi Gutong medical liquor, another 3 weeks later SOD(Superoxide Dismutase) activity and MDA(Malondial Dehyde) content in synovium tissue of right knee joint were measured, also the histomorphology of arthritic cartilage and synovium were observed. Results: Compared with the normal group and the treatment group, SOD activity was significantly lowered, while MDA content was increased evidently in model group, there was great difference between the model group and the normal, treatment group (P<0.01). SOD activity and MDA content in the normal group were not different from those in the treatment group (P>0.05). The degeneration of arthritic cartilage and the inflammation of synovium were evident in the model group; while the degeneration of arthritic cartilage alleviated, and the inflammation of synovium was not apparent in the treatment. Conclusion: The external treatment with medicated mallet immersed in Fengshi Gutong medical liquor can inhibit the synovial inflammation of knee osteoarthritis in rabbits; enhance the functions of anti-OFR(Oxygen Free Radicals) system; eliminate excessive oxygen free radicals in knee arthritic tissue; and alleviate the degeneration of arthritic cartilage. So it has significant effects on early knee osteoarthritis.
