更年止血汤治疗围绝经期综合征疗效观察

目的　探讨自拟更年止血汤治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法　 5 8例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 38例用自拟更年止血汤治疗 ,水煎服 ,日 1剂 ;对照组 2 0例用西药妇康片治疗 ,每次 8片 ,每8h 1次。 2组均 3个月经周期为 1个疗程。结果　治疗组总有效率 84.2 %,对照组 75 .0 %,2组比较有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 ) ;停药后治疗组复发率 (18.2 %)明显低于对照组 (6 2 .5 %) ;治疗组症状改善情况明显优于对照组(P <0 .0 5 ) ;而 2组止血时间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　更年止血汤治疗围绝经期综合征疗效确切。

Therapeutic effect of Gangnianzhixue decoction on peri-menopause syndrome

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Gangnianzhixue decoction on peri menopause syndrome. Methods 50 patients with peri menopause syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. 38 patients in treatment group were treated with Gangnianzhixue decoction, decocted in water for oral administration, one dose daily;20 patients in control group were treated with western medicine (Fukang tablets),8 tablets once,taken at an interval of 8 hours, with a treatment course of 3 menstrual cycle for both groups.Results The total effective rate (84.2%) in treatment group was significantly higher than that (75.0%) in control group ( P<0.05);the recurrence rate (18.2%) was obviously lower than that in control group (62.5%, P<0.05); but there was no difference in hemostasis time between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Gangnianzhixue decoction is effective in treating peri-menopause syndrome.
