| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨新生儿金黄色葡萄球菌烫伤样综合征的有效治疗方法。方法:38例患儿随机分为2组,治疗组20例外涂莫匹罗星,静脉滴注阿奇霉素;对照组18例静脉注射青霉素或红霉素。结果:治疗组痊愈15例(75.0%),有效4例(20.0%),无效1例(5.0%);对照组痊愈8例(44.4%),有效4例(22.2%),无效6例(33.3%),治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:莫匹罗星、阿奇霉素联合应用是治疗新生儿金黄色葡萄球菌烫伤样综合征的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study stapylcoccal scalded skin syndrom of neonate effect ive treatment methods. Methods: Thirty-eight cases were divided into,two groups ,twenty cases of treatment group with erasion mupirocin ointment and azithromyci n injection into vein,eighteen cases of control group with penicillin or erythro mycin injection vein. Results:The treatment group recovery fifteen cases(75.0%), in effect four cases(20.0%),in efficacy one cases (5.0%).The contro group recove ry eight cases (44.4%),in effect four cases(22.2%), in efficacy six cases(33.3%) .The recovery rate of trentment group more than control group( P < 0.05). Conclu sion: Mupirocin ointment,azithromycin unite use is a effection method to treat s taphylcoccal scalded skin sydrom of neonate. |
