摘    要:目的:了解患者对山西省妇幼保健院门诊满意度。方法:对500例门诊患者进行满意度问卷调查,采用SPSS11.5统计软件中的t检验、2检验进行统计分析。结果:23.6%的患者认为看病手续烦琐,26.3%认为医疗费用高,38.9%认为候诊时间过长,90%以上的患者对其它服务很满意。结论:患者对山西省妇幼保健院门诊满意度较高,但需要在简化看病手续、降低医疗费用、缩短候诊时间方面进一步改善,提供不同档次的医疗条件,满足高收入人群需求。

An Investigational Analysis of the Patients' Satisfaction with the Outpatient Department of Women and Children's Hospital of Shanxi Province

Abstract:Objective The paper is to know the patients' satisfaction in the out-patient department of Women and Children's Hospital (WCH) of Shanxi province. Method 500 outpatients were inquired in WCH of Shanxi province by questionnaire in the use of the SPSS (statistical product and service solutions) for statistical analysis with t-test and X2-test. Result 23.6% patients thought the procedure in the outpatient department was too complicated, and 26.3% thought the medical expense was high, and 38.9% thought the time of waiting to see a doctor was too long, and more than 90% patients were satisfied with other services. Patients with higher income and patients who pay on their own had lower satisfaction. Conclusion There is a great satisfaction of outpatients with WCH of Shanxi province, but MCH of Shanxi province should strive to simplify the procedure for patients in the hospital, to reduce the medical expense, to shorten the time of waiting to see a doctor, and to provide medical conditions of different levels to satisfy the demand of patients with high income.
