补肺颗粒治疗慢性支气管炎缓解期31例临床观察

目的:观察中药补肺颗粒治疗慢性支气管炎缓解期的临床疗效。方法:采用前瞻性随机对照方法将62例患者分为补肺颗粒组(治疗组)、玉屏风颗粒(对照组)。结果:治疗组近期疗效的临控显效率达77.42％,远期抗复发疗效的显效率达74.2％,均明显优于对照组的45.16％和38.71％(P<0.05);治疗组能提高患者超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、CD_3的含量,降低过氧化脂质(LPO)的含量,亦明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:提示补肺颗粒可改善气虚证、增强慢性支气管炎患者的免疫功能,从而起到抗慢性支气管炎复发的作用。

Clinical Observation on Treatment 31 Cases of Chronic Bronchitis at Remission Stage with Bu Fei Granules

Purpose: To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Chinese drug Bu Fei Granules on chronic bronchitis at remission phase. Methods: 62 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group treated with Bu Fei Granules and the control group treated with Yu Ping Feng Granules. Results: The remarkably effective rate of short - term clinical control was 77. 42% and the remarkably effective rate of long-term anti - recurrence in the treatment group was 74. 2%, which were significantly higher than 45.16% and 38. 71% in the control group respectively ( P <0. 05). Bu Fei Granules could increase SOD activity and CDs, decrease LPO content, which were superior to those of Yu Ping Feng Granules ( P<0. 01). Conclusion: Bu Fei Granules can improve Qi - deficiency syndrome and strengthen immune function in the patient of chronic bronchitis, so as to exert anti -recurrence action on chronic bronchitis.
