清开灵注射液对急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病学习记忆及海马细胞形态的影响

摘    要:目的:观察清开灵注射液对急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病大鼠学习记忆及海马细胞形态的影响。方法:将32只健康雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常组、DEACMP染毒组、生理盐水对照组、清开灵治疗组。采用Morris水迷宫评估SD大鼠的空间学习记忆能力;HE染色观察各组的海马CA1区神经细胞形态变化。结果:与对照组相比,DEACMP染毒组大鼠定位导航平均逃避潜伏期明显延长(P〈0.05);与DEACMP染毒组、生理盐水组相比,清开灵组大鼠的平均逃避潜伏期显著缩短(P〈0.05)。清开灵治疗组神经元数目明显多于DEACMP染毒组。结论:清开灵注射液具有改善DEACMP大鼠受损的空间学习记忆、减轻一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病的大鼠海马神经元细胞变性、坏死的作用。

The effect of qingkailing on the memory and hippocampus in rats with delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning

Abstract:Objective To research the effect of qingkailing on the memory and hippocampal area in rats with delayed eneephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP). Methods 32 male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups with eight rats each group: control group, DEACMP group, saline group and QKL group ( qingkailing group). The spatial leaning and memory was measured by Morris test. Hippocampal CA1 area neurons were observed by HE method. Results The average latency of Morris test in DEACMP group was significantly longer than that in control group(P〈0.05). Compared with DEACMP group or saline group ,the average latency of QKL group was significantly shorter(P〈0.05). Besides, Hippoeampal CA1 area neurons in QKL group was significantly much more than that in saline group or DEACMP group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Qingkailing can improve impaired memory and restrain the degeneration and necrosis of hippocampal CA1 area neurons.
