益气活血清热利湿方对大鼠前列腺增生模型碱性成纤维因子的影响

目的观察益气活血清热利湿方对大鼠前列腺增生模型碱性成纤维因子(bFGF)的影响。方法将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、保列治组和实验组,每组10只。除对照组游离但不切除睾丸外,其余3组均切除双侧睾丸,予丙酸睾丸酮皮下注射制造前列腺增生(BPH)模型。对照组和模型组予0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃给药,保列治组予非那雄胺片溶于0.9%氯化钠注射液中灌胃给药,实验组予益气活血清热利湿方水煎剂灌胃给药;4组均连用30d,观察前列腺湿质量、前列腺体积、前列腺指数及前列腺细胞中bFGF表达、前列腺组织病理变化。结果对照组、保列治组、实验组大鼠前列腺湿质量、前列腺体积及前列腺指数均明显低于模型组(P0.05);保列治组、实验组前列腺组织中bFGF阳性颗粒数与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论益气活血清热利湿方能使增生的前列腺萎缩,降低前列腺指数,降低前列腺组织中bFGF的表达。

Study of recipe for replenishing qi activating blood and clearing heat removing dampness on bFGF in rats with hyperplasia of prostate gland

Objective To observe the effect of recipe for replenishing qi activating blood and clearing heat removing dampness on bFGF in rats with hyperplasia of prostate gland. Methods Male SD rats were randomly assigned to control group, model group, proscar group and experiment group. The rat model of benign prostatic hyperplasia was developed by testosterone propionate. And then observe humid weight prostate, prostate volume ,prostate index and bFGF in hyper plastic prostate.Results Compared with those in control group the humid weight prostate, prostate volume, prostate index were significantly increased in model group （P〈0.05）. And compared with control group, the positive sum of bFGF were significantly decreased in proscar group and experiment group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Recipe for replenishing qi activating blood and clearing heat removing dampness can wither up hyperplastic prostate, decrease prostate index and the eexpression of bFGF.
