| 摘 要： | 目的比较两种阶梯形核桩钉在四种粘固剂条件下与模拟根管的固位力.方法将两种阶梯形核桩钉各制作20个试件,随机分为4组,在四种粘固剂条件下测试其与模拟根管的固位力.结果研制的核桩钉固位力明显高于Optipost核桩钉且存在显著差异(P<0.05).四种粘结剂间的固位力存在显著差异(P<0.05).结论研制的阶梯形核桩钉的固位力优于进口的Optipost阶梯形核桩钉,可在临床推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the retention in root between two kinds of cylindrical pyramid post-core with fourcements. Methods: A total of 20 specimens of developed post-core and 20 specimens of Optipost post-core were prepared,which were randomly divided into four groups, their tensile strengthes with four cements in simulated root were tested.Results: The developed post-core got higher retention than the Optipost post-core (P<0.05). Retentions among four cementshad significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The retention of the developed post-core was better than the Optipostpost-core in root .The developed cylindrical pyramid post-core has satisfactory effect in clinical application. |
