协作学习理论指导下的患者安全探索与实践

摘    要:患者安全行为管理是复杂的系统工程,在现今医学知识条件下,医疗机构间对于患者安全认识存在差异,需要全社会共同关注。医院管理者需借助现代医院管理模型,构建协作学习环境,衔接多要素间的逻辑关系并形成系统。中国患者安全协作网北京工作组在协作学习理论的指导下,积极探索跨机构间的患者安全协作学习,形成开放动态、优势协调、良性互动的患者安全协作体系,推动国内患者安全协作管理向科学化、现代化、精细化的转变。

Exploration and Practice of Patient Safety Under the Guidance of Cooperative Learning Theory

Abstract:Patient safety behavior management is a complex system engineering.Under the current medical knowledge,there are differences in the understanding of patient safety among medical institutions,which needs the common attention of the whole society.Hospital managers need to build collaborative learning environment with the help of modern hospital management model to connect the logical relationship between multiple elements and form a system.Under the guidance of collaborative learning theory,Beijing Working Group of China Patient Safety Collaborative Network actively explores the cross-institutional patient safety collaborative learning,forms an open dynamic,advantage coordination and benign interaction of patient safety cooperation system,and promote the transformation of domestic patient safety cooperative management to scientific,modern and refined characteristics.
