香烟烟雾对小鼠支气管肺组织内皮素、一氧化氮水平影响的研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨香烟烟雾对气道及肺组织损伤的机理。方法 :采用试剂盒检测被动吸烟小鼠血浆和肺泡灌洗液中内皮素、一氧化氮的浓度变化。结果 :香烟烟雾刺激小鼠血浆及肺泡灌洗液中内皮素和一氧化氮显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :香烟烟雾可刺激气道上皮细胞和血管内皮细胞释放内皮素 ,诱导一氧化氮大量产生是造成气道炎症损害的重要因素。

STUDY OF CIGARETTE SMOKING ON THE LEVEL OF ENDOTHELIUM AND NITRIC OXIDE IN THE BRONCHIA AND LUNG TISSUE OF MOUSE
Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the mechanism of cigarette smoking on respiratory tract and lung tissue.Methods:The concentration of endothelium and nitric oxide(NO) in blood plasma and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of mouse after passive smoking was examined by using reagent kit.Results:The cigarette smoking may promote the concentration of endothelium and nitric oxide in blood plasma and BALF of mouse which were higher than those in the control group (P<0 001).Conclusion:The cigarette smoking may stimulate the respiratory tract epithelia and blood vessel endothelium cells to release endothelium (ET-1), and induce a great deal of NO,which is the major factor of leading to the respiratory tract inflammation damage of mouse.
