摘    要:目的 研究CD4+CD25high调节性T细胞(CD4+CD25high regulatory T cells,CD4+CD25highTr)在重症肌无力(myasthenia gravis,MG)发病过程中的作用.方法 采用流式细胞仪对51例MG患者外周血中CD4+CD25highTr的表达量进行测定,分组比较病情不同的MG患者外周血中CD4+CD25highTr的表达量,并选择35例健康体检者作为正常对照.结果 MG组患者外周血中CD4+CD25highTr的表达量低于正常对照组的健康体检者,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);病情控制不佳的MG患者外周血中CD4+CD25highTr的表达量低于病情稳定的MG患者及健康体检者(均P〈0.05);胸腺切除的MG患者外周血中CD4+CD25highTr的表达量明显高于非胸腺切除患者(P〈0.05).结论 MG患者外周血中CD4+CD25highTr的表达量异常,其可能参与MG的发生与发展,与MG的稳定程度密切相关.

I Changes of CD4+CD25high regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of patients with myasthenia gravis

Abstract:Objective TO investigate the changes of CD4+CD25high regulatory T cells (CD4+CD25high Tr) in peripheral blood of patients with myasthenia gravis (MG). Methods CD4+CD25highTr cells in the peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry analysis in 51 MG patients and 35 normal subjects. Results The percentage of CD4+OD25highTr cells in peripheral blood of MG patients were higher than those of normal controls (P〈0.05) ; MG patients with uncontrolled disease (n =31) showed a lower percentage of CD4+CD25highTr cells (2.95% + 2.08%) than those of MG patients with stable disease (4.87%± 1.70 %, P〈 0.05) ; In addition, thymectomized MG patients (n =30) had significantly higher CID4+CD25highTr cell percentage (4.03% ± 2.27%) compared with non -thymectomized MG patients (n = 21, 2.65% ± 1.74%, P〈0.05). Conclusion These observations indicate the existence of abnormal percentage of CD4+CD25highTr cells in peripheral blood of MG patients which may be correlated with disease progress.
