甘露消毒丹加减联合透疹外洗方治疗普通型手足口病肺脾湿热证120例疗效观察

目的:观察甘露消毒丹加减联合透疹外洗方外洗治疗普通型手足口病肺脾湿热证临床疗效。方法:将240例普通型手足口病肺脾湿热证病例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组120例采用西医常规对症治疗,治疗组120例在对照组治疗的基础上加用甘露消毒丹加减联合透疹外洗方外洗。3 d为1个疗程,连续2个疗程后判断疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈率为85.83%,总有效率为97.50%;对照组痊愈率为74.17%,总有效率为85.00%。2组患儿的痊愈率及总有效率比较,差异均有统计意义(P0.05)。2组热退时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间、手足皮疹消退时间及痊愈时间比较,差异均有统计意义(P0.05)。结论:甘露消毒丹加减联合透疹外洗方治疗普通型手足口病肺脾湿热证疗效确切。

Clinical observation of 120 cases of lung and spleen dampness heat syndrome of hand-foot-mouth disease treated with modified Ganlu Xiaodu Pill combined with expelling rash and external washing

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Ganlu Xiaodu Pill combined with expelling rash and external washing to treat ordinary type hand-foot-mouth disease of lung and spleen dampness heat syn- drome. Methods： 240 cases of normal type hand-foot-mouth disease of lung and spleen damp-heat syndrome cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 120 cases in the control group using conventional western medicine treatment; treatment group on the basis of the treatment of control group were treated with extra modified Ganlu Xiaodu Pill combined expelling rash and external washing, 3 days was a course, 2 courses after,evaluating the efficacy. Results： In the treatment group, 97.50%. In the control group, the curative rate was 74 the curative rate was 85.83%, the total effective rate was 17% , total effective rate was 85.00%. 2 groups of heal- ing rate and total efficiency were compared, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. The difference of time comparison between 2 groups in fever, oral cavity ulcer healing, skin rash subsiding and recovery was statis- tically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Ganlu Xiaodu Pill combined with expelling rash and external washing treatment to ordinary type hand-foot-mouth disease of lung and spleen dampness heat syndrome has exact effect.
