滋养肝肾方治疗恢复期脑梗死80例临床观察

目的 观察滋养肝肾方治疗恢复期脑梗死的疗效.方法 将160例恢复期脑梗死患者随机分为两组,治疗组80例口服滋养肝肾方,对照组80例静脉滴注血栓通粉针,疗程均为15d.观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及中医证候评分.结果 ①治疗组总有效率为95.0％,对照组为85.0％,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；②两组治疗后神经功能缺损评分均有不同程度恢复,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01),治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05)；③两组治疗后中医证侯评分均有不同程度下降,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 滋养肝肾方对恢复期脑梗死有明显疗效.

Clinical Observation of Nourishing Liver and Kidney Recipe in Treating Convalescent Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the effect of nourishing liver and kidney recipe in treatment of convalescent cerebral infarction. Methods 160 cases of convalescent cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups, 80 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were given nourishing liver and kidney recipe oral- ly for 15 days, while patients in the control group were given Xueshuantong powder injection by intravenous drip for 15 days. To observe the clinical effect, neural function defect score and traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome score. Results @The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95 %, and that in the control group was 85%, the differences had statistical significance （P~0.05）. @After treatment, the neural function defect scores in both group decreased significantly （P~0.01）, and the improvement degree in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. @After treatment, TCM syndrome score in two group declined significantly （P〈0.01）, while the decrease degree in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nourishing liver and kidney recipe was effective in treating convalescent cerebral infarction curative.
