润肺汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(阴虚肺热型)50例疗效观察

目的:观察润肺汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(阴虚肺热型)的临床疗效。方法:将100例咳嗽变异性哮喘(阴虚肺热型)患儿按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组给予超声雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液,治疗组给予自拟方润肺汤口服。2组均治疗14 d后观察治疗效果。结果:治疗组临床控制33例,显效11例,有效4例,总有效率为96%;对照组临床控制20例,显效12例,有效10例,总有效率为84%。2组总有效率比较,差异有统计意义(P0.05)。结论:润肺汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(阴虚肺热型)疗效确切。

50 cases of clinical observation of cough variant asthma(lung heat due to yin deficiency) treated with Runfei Decoction

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Runfei Decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma （lung heat due to yin deficiency}. Methods： 100 cases of cough variant asthma （lung heat due to yin defi- ciency} were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given ultrasonic fog inhalation of Budesonide Suspension, the treatment group was given Runfei Decoc- tion orally. The 2 groups were treated for 14 days, after which the curative effects were observed. Results： 33 ca- ses in the treatment group got clinical control, 11 cases were obviously effective, 4 cases was effective, the total ef- fective rate being 96%. In the control group, 20 cases were clinically controlled, 12 cases obviously effective, 10 cases effective, the total effective rate being 84%. The difference of total effective rate between the 2 groups had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 }. Conclusion ： Runfei Decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma { lung heat due to yin deficiency） can have curative effect.
