一期缝合手术对老年人胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的疗效观察

目的观察一期缝合术治疗老年胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者的疗效。方法选取2008—2011年我院40例老年胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组20例。对照组采用胆总管T型管引流治疗;实验组采用胆总管一期缝合术治疗。结果实验组治疗成功率和对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组住院时间和术后并发症发生率均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胆总管一期缝合术同传统T管引流术相比,在治疗老年胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者上,可以减少住院时间和术后并发症的发生率,治疗效果好,值得在临床上推广。

Clinical Efficacy of Primary Suture in Treatment of Elderly Cholecystolithlasis Patlents Combined wl.th CholedochoHthla.

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of prim,try suture in treatment of elderly eholecystollthiasis patients combined with choledoeholithiasis. Methods During 2008 to 2012, 40 cases were selected and divided into two groups. Control group included 20 cases used T - tube drainage and test group included 20 cases used primary suture. Results The successful rate of two groups had no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The hospital time and incidence of postoperative complications of test group were lower than control group, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion To use primary suture surgery in treatment of elderly cholecystolithiasis patients combined with choledocholithiasis can reduce hospital time and incidence of postoperative complications compared with T - tube drainage. It＇s safe and reliable so that can be pepularizeda in clinical practice.
