优思明对于超导可视人工流产术后子宫内膜修复的疗效观察

目的观察屈螺酮炔雌醇片(优思明)对阴道超声介导下的人工流产(负压吸引术)术后子宫内膜修复的疗效。方法选择160例停经50d内要求终止妊娠的女性患者,随机分为对照组(80例)和试验组(80例),两组均在阴道超声介导下行人工流产术,试验组术后口服优思明治疗3个周期。结果试验组子宫内膜恢复显著优于对照组。结论优思明在超导可视人工流产术后促进子宫内膜修复疗效显著,可降低人工流产术后并发症的发生率,疗效确切,值得推广使用。

Clinical Observation of Oral Yasmin after Abortion in Vaginal Ultrasound- guided on Endometrial Repair Role

ObJective To investigate the abortion In Vaginal Ultrasound - guided after today oral Drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets （Yasmin） on artificial abortion endometrial repa/r clinical curative effect observation. Methods 160 women menopause less than 50 days requiring termiration of pregnancy were randomly divided into Control group （80 cases） and experi- mental group （80 cases）. The two groups were in the vaginal ultrasound mediated downlink artificial abortion, the test group of postoperative oral Yasmin treated with 3 cycles. Results The test group endometrial restoration was better than the control group. Conclusion Oral Yasmin tablets After artificial abortion in Vaginal Ultrasound-guided can promote endometrial repair, reduce the artificialabortion in the rate of postoperative complications after artificial abortion, erurative effect, should be widely applied.
