复方丹参注射液联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的疗效观察

目的观察复方丹参注射液联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)蛋白尿的疗效。方法将93例早期DN患者随机分为3组:对照组、缬沙坦组和联合组,每组各31例。3组均给于基础治疗,在此基础上,缬沙坦组加用缬沙坦,联合组加用复方丹参注射液和缬沙坦,4周后测定各组患者的尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)和尿白蛋白/肌酐值(ACR)。结果缬沙坦组和联合组治疗后较治疗前,UAER和ACR均明显好转;缬沙坦组和联合组治疗后加对照组,两项指标均显著下降;且联合组与缬沙坦组治疗后比较两项指标明显改善。结论复方丹参注射液联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病蛋白尿,疗效确切,两者联合应用对肾功能有更好的保护作用。

Curative Effect of Compound Danshen Injection Combining Valsartan against Early Diabetic Nephropathy with Protelnu-rla

Objective To observe the curative effect of compound Danshen injection combining valsartan against early diabetic nephropathy （DN） with proteinuria. Methods 93 cases dearly DN were randomly divided into three groups： control group, valsartan group and the combined group, 31 cases per group. All of the three groups were treated with basic therapty. On the basis of the basic therapty valsartan was additionally added to valsartan group, compound Dansben injection combining valsartan to combined group. 4 weeks later urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER） and urinary albumin / creatinine （ACR） were detected in the patients of the 3 groups. Results UAER and ACR in beth valsartan group and combination group were sig- nificantly lower than pre - treatment and were significantly lower than those in control group after treatment, valsartan and combination groups plus the control group after treatment, two indicators were significantly decreased; and the combination group was significantly different in the two parameters after treatment, compared with the valsartan group. Conclusion Itts effective to treat early diabetic nephropathy with proteinuria with compound Danshen injection combining valsartsn, which can better protect renal function as well.
