| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨口服抗凝及抗血小板药物治疗相关性脑出血的危险因素,分析与此相关的临床资料.方法 收集两组脑出血病人的临床资料,1组为口服抗凝及抗血小板药物治疗相关性脑出血,2组为同时间住院的自发性脑出血病人,对两组患者的病前危险因素(高血压、糖尿病)、过去脑梗死病史、出血部位、平均出血体积、凝血指标、死亡率等进行比较.结果 ...

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the risk factors of intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) in patients with oral anticoagulant and antiplatelet treatment,analysis the relative clinical data.Methods Two groups data of intracerebral hemorrhage patients,drug correlation intracerebral hemorrhage and spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage,were collected.The premorbid risk factors(hypertension,diabetes),the history of cerebral infarction,bleeding sites,average bleeding volume,clotting index,mortality,etc.were compared.Results The ... |
