| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨艾滋病毒携带者及艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)咳嗽的中医临床特点、病因病机以及证候分布规律,为开展中医药治疗提供依据。方法:采用病例回顾性分析的方式,筛选出符合条件的河南省艾滋病病历资料282例,应用SPSS13.0软件对提取的相关数据与信息进行统计学处理与分析,并进行因子分析,归纳其内在的证候特点和规律。结果:经主成分分析,共得出10个特征值大于1的主成分因子,其对总方差的累积贡献率为63.139%,能很好的反应艾滋病咳嗽的特点、病因病机以及证候分布规律。结论:艾滋病咳嗽的病因以虚为主,归结为元气亏虚,同时受外感六淫之邪气的侵扰主要为风、湿、热。
