| 摘 要： | 髌骨下极骨折,尤其是其中的粉碎性骨折,往往不易固定,甚至不得不将髌骨下极部分切除.我们从1993～1999年采用改良Mclaughlin固定法治疗髌骨下极骨折25例,既保留了髌骨,又获得了良好的膝关节功能,现报告如下.
