| 摘 要： | 在碱性条件下用环氧丙烷对壳聚糖进行了改性研究。结果表明，在该条件下制备的壳聚糖衍生物有良好的水溶性，产物结构用红外光谱和核磁共振波谱进行了表征。同时将改性后的衍生物制成了人工泪液，在临床观察中获得了较为满意的结果。

| Abstract: | Chitosan was modified with propylene oxide in the presence of sodium hydroxide. It was found that the N-(hydroxy propyl) chitosan had a gdri solubility in water under the conditions. The structure of the medified chitosan was determined by using IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The artifitial lachrymal eye drops was prepared from the modified chitosan derivative and satisfactory result was achieved in the clinical observation. |
