早期胃肠营养支持对严重脑损伤后营养状况和神经功能的影响

目的：探讨严重脑损伤病人实施早期胃肠营养合理应用的临床效果。方法：实验组（４１例）采用了早期（伤后４８ｈ）持续滴注的鼻饲肠内营养方法，胃肠营养量以总量１／４，每天以１／４量递增，不足部分静列）按传统方法鼻饲流质。结果：病人能较好耐受胃肠道营养。实验组的胃肠功能障碍症状明显减少，营养指标和意识状况均明显好于对照组。

Effect of early nasogastric feeding on nutrition state and neurologic recovery in severe brain-injuried patients

Objectives:This study was to evaluate the role of nasogastric feeding as early nutritional support in severe head injuried patients. Methods:The study group(41 cases) was fed gastrically with the element diet in 48 hrs after injury and the control group (39 cases) was supported with common method. Results:Aggressive early enteral feeding regnimens using small nasogastric tube were tolerared better than previously used.As compared with control group,gut dysfunctions were obviously decreased,and the nutritional appraisal and neurologic recovery were significantly better in the patients with early nasogastric feeding after injury. Conclusions:The nasogastric feeding is helpful for the early nutrition support and beneficial to improve gut function and the neurologic condition in the severe head injuried patients.
