| 摘 要： | 目的观察花边莲（HBL）提取液对人胃腺癌SGC-7901细胞凋亡和增殖的影响。方法采用细胞增殖抑制试验（MTT法）、荧光显微镜观察及流式细胞仪检测等方法观察了SGC-7901细胞的形态变化、细胞凋亡率及细胞周期变化。结果HBL对人胃腺癌SGC-7901细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用，且呈剂量依赖性；在形态上具有凋亡细胞的形态特征；与对照组比较，HBL处理48h后，各组胃腺癌SGC-7901细胞均出现亚二倍体峰（Sub-G1），细胞凋亡率与HBL呈剂量依赖性，并使细胞阻滞于S期。结论HBL可诱导胃腺癌SGC-7901细胞凋亡、对SGC-7901细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用，其机制可能与细胞阻滞于S期有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of HuaBianLian(HBL) extract on apoptosis of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells.Methods The proliferation was tested by MTT assay.Morphological changes of apoptosis were observed with fluorescence microscope.Cell cycle and apoptosis rate were determined by flow cytometry.Result HBL extract could induce apoptosis of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cell and inhibit its proliferation,SGC-7901 cells showed the rate of apoptosis increased with the increasing concentration of the drug,and cell cycle progression was blocked in the S phase.Conclusion HBL extract could induce apoptosis and inhibit proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cell;The mechanism might be related to the block of cell cycle progression in the S phase. |
