中药熏蒸对强直性脊柱炎患者活动功能影响

目的]探讨强直性脊柱炎有效治疗方法。方法]治疗组29例患者中药熏蒸加柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)治疗,对照组21例患者单用SASP治疗,观察疗效。同时测定炎性指标的改变如血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等。结果]治疗前后两组病情活动指数和功能指数评分,BASFI表功能指数评分,治疗前后ESR、CRP变化均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组;治疗后优于治疗前。结论]中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎具有改善患者身体的活动功能作用。

TCD Suffocating Influence on Patients Exercise with Ankylosing Spodylitis

Objective] To explore effective method for ankylosing spodylitis.Method] The treatment group 29 cases take TCD sufforcating added with SASP,the control one 21 cases take only SASP.Meanwhile measure inflammation index,such ESR,CRP,etc.Result] On the indexes scores of disease action and function of both groups,as well as BASFI index,there's marked difference on ESR and CRP changes before and after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the former one is better than the latter,so is the effect after than before treatment.Conclusion] TCD sufforcating can improve patients' movement with ankylosing spondylitis.
