| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨绞股蓝总皂甙对慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾功能、血脂及血红蛋白的影响.方法:128例CRF患者随机分为对照组63例和治疗组65例,对照组行常规治疗,治疗组应用绞股蓝总皂甙片治疗,疗程均为3个月.结果:治疗组血脂、肾功能明显改善,血红蛋白明显升高;而对照组肾功能及血脂无明显变化,血红蛋白反而下降.结论:绞股蓝总皂甙具有降低血脂和改善贫血及肾功能的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of Gypenoside on renal function,blood lipids and Hb of patients with chronic renal failure Methods:128 patients with CRF were randomly divided into two groups:therapeutic group (65 cases) and control group (63 cases) The control group was treated by normal treatment and the therapeutic group was treated by Gypenoside in addition to normal treatment.The therapeutic courses of both were three months.Results: After treatment, the CHO,TG,BUN and Scr were decreased significantly ( P <0 05 or P <0 01 or P <0 005),and the Hb increased obviously( P <0 001) in therapeutic group.But the CHO,TG,BUN and Scr had no significant change ( P >0 05 or P <0 05),and the Hb decreased contrarily in control group. Conclustion: Gypenoside has effect on decreasing the blood lipids and improving chronic renal anemia and renal function. |
