| 摘 要： | 目的：观察益气活血补肾的治糖保肾冲剂治疗早期糖尿病肾病（DN）的疗效。方法：采用反复三次腹腔注射链脲佐菌素（STZ）加福氏完全佐剂（CFA）造成DN的模型，以西药苯那普利为对照，观察治糖保肾冲剂治疗早期DN的效果。结果：治糖保肾冲剂可降低高血糖，甘油三脂（TG）及尿微量蛋白，调节血管活性物质，减轻肾脏病理变化。结论：治糖保肾冲剂通过降糖，降脂，降尿微量蛋白，调节血管活性物质等，可有效治疗早期DN。

| Abstract: | Objective:The observing effect and mechanism of Zhi Tang Bao Shen(ZTBS) soluble preparation which can boost qi,quicken the blood and supplement the Kidney on the early diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods:Building rat model by Tris-Injecting streptozotocin (STZ) adding fluid complete adjuvant (FCA) into rat enterocoelia repeatedly to result in diabetic nephropathy.ZTBS contrast benazepril.Results:ZTBS can decrease hyperglycemia,triglycerides (TG) and urine micro-Protein.In our practice we found that ZTBS can regulate vasoactive factors and relieve kidney damage in pathology.Conclusion:ZTBS can treat early diabetic nephropathy effectively. |
