栀子提取液治疗大鼠重症急性胰腺炎的实验研究

摘    要:目的  观察栀子提取液对大鼠重症急性胰腺炎 (SAP)的治疗作用。 方法  经胆胰管逆行注射 1 5 %去氧胆酸钠建立SAP模型 ,用栀子提取液和临床常用药善宁进行对比治疗 ,观察血中淀粉酶 (AMY)、内毒素 (ET)、一氧化氮 (NO)、过氧化脂质 (LPO)以及胰腺组织LPO的变化 ,并对胰腺组织进行病理学检查。 结果  模型组血中AMY、NO、ET、LPO以及胰腺组织LPO明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,光镜下胰腺组织病理损害明显。栀子提取液和善宁治疗后 ,上述各指标均较模型组明显改善 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论  栀子提取液可以减轻氧自由基、NO、ET的损伤 ,对SAP具有一定的治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of Gardenia Jasminoides ellis extract(GJE-E) on severe acute pancretitis(SAP) Methods SAP models were induced in rats by retrograde injection of 1.5% sodium deoxycholate and contrastly treated by GJE-E and conventional Sandostain.The changes of amylase(AMY),nitric oxide(NO),endotoxin(ET),lipid peroxide(LPO) in serum and LPO in pancreatic tissue were measured,as well as the pancreatic histology examined by ligt microscopy.Results AMY,NO,ET,LPO in serum and LPO in pancreatic tissue in the SAP group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the damage to pancreatic tissue was increased in severity with light microscopy.The above-mentioned indexes of the two therapeutic group were obviously ameliorated in comparison with the SAP model group. Conclusion GJE-E can alleviate damage of oxygen-derived free radicals,NO and ET and may have a potential role in the treatment of SAP.
