云克配合131I治疗Graves病合并Graves眼病的近期疗效

目的 评价云克(99mTc-MDP)配合131I治疗Graves病(GD)并Graves眼病(Go)的近期疗效.方法 将131I治疗的95例GD和GO患者随机分为2组,研究组57例,于131I治疗后5～7天采用云克治疗GO,第1疗程10～15天,每天静脉推注云克4组(每组5 mg),第2疗程15～20天,每天静脉推注云克2组,第3疗程15~20天,每天静脉推注云克1组;对照组38例,于131I治疗后未用任何药物治疗GO.结果 研究组的显效、有效和无效率分别为38.6%、43.9%和17.5%;对照组为13.2%、23.7%和63.1%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).突眼程度越轻,疗效越好.结论 云克配合131I治疗GD并GO有较好的疗效.

Short term therapeutic effeciency of Yunke combined with 131I on Graves disease complicated with Graves ophthalmopathy

Objective To evaluate the short term therapeutic effeciency of Yunke(~(99m)Tc-MDP)application combined with ~(131)I on Graves disease(GD)complicated with Graves ophthalmopathy(GO).Methods Ninety-five patients with GD compli- cated with GO were randomly divided into trial group(57 cases)and control group(38 cases).The patients in the trail group were given Yunke treatment after 5-7 days of ~(131)I treatment.The treatment consists of three courses:course one 10 -15 days(4 groups,5 mg/group)with Yunke intravenous drip daily,course two 15-20 days(2 groups,5 rag/group)and course three 15-20 days(one group,5 mg).The patients in the control group did not accept any drug after ~(131)I treatment. Results The notable rates,effective rates and ineffective rates in the trial and control group was 38.6% and 13.2%, 43,9% and 23.7 %,17.5 % and 63.1%,respectively.The results of the two groups were different statistically(P<0.01). The lighter the degree of ophthalmoptosis was,the better the therapeutic efficacy in trial group was.Conclusion The treat- ment of Yunke combined with ~(131)I is more effective than single ~(131)I in the treatment of GD complicated with GO.
