| 摘 要： | 目的建立珍菊降压片中氢氯噻嗪与芦丁的HPLC测定法。方法C18柱（4．6mm×150mm，5μm）；乙腈-0．1％磷酸（15：85）为流动相，检测波长270nm，流速1．0ml·min^-1结果氢氯噻嗪与芦丁的加样回收率分别为98．79％、98．49％；线性范围分别为0．1635～0．8176μg、0．8304～4．1520μg。结论本方法简便可行，结果可靠，可用于珍菊降压片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Aim To establish a method for determination of hydrochlorothiazide and rutin in zhenjujiangya tablet by HPLC. Method HPLC was used with Spherisorb C18 column（4.6mm×150mm,5μm） ,with 0.1% phosphoric acid - aeetonitrile（ 15： 85） used as a mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 270 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^ - 1. Result The average recoveries of hydroehlorothiazide and rutin were 98.79% and 98.49%. The linear response range lay in 0. 1635 - 0. 8176 μg for hydrochlorothiazide and 0. 8304 -4. 1520 μg for rutin. Conclusion This method was proved to be simple,accurate and can be used for quality control of zhenjujiangya tablet. |
