| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TUR-Bt)联合灌注丝裂霉素C(MMC)治疗膀胱癌的疗效。方法：膀胱癌29例行TUR-Bt；术后定期膀胱内灌注MMC，疗程2年。结果：本组手术均成功。术后随访6～50个月，6例复发，复发率20．7％。结论：TUR-Bt联合灌注MMC治疗膀胱癌，微创、安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TUR-Bt) combined with Mitomycin C(MMC)of intravesical instillation in the treatment of bladder cancer.Method:Twenty-nine cases with bladder cancer after TUR-Bt were given MMC of intravesical instillation for 2 years.Results:All the patients were operated successfully.There were 4 cases to recur(the recurrence rate was 17.6%),followed up from 6 to 50 months.Conclusion:TUR-Bt combined with MMC of intravesical instillation is the safe and effective way in the treatment of bladder cancer. |
