摘    要:目的:调查驻防喀喇昆仑山海拔5200 m某哨卡官兵每天吸氧1 h对异常心电图检出率的影响。方法:在海拔5 200m对驻防1年,并在驻防的后5个月每天持续低流量吸氧1 h的某哨卡43名官兵作心电图检测(2008年组),并与2005年在该哨卡驻防1年的40名未吸氧官兵的心电图(2005年组)作对比。结果:2008年组异常心电图和不完全右束支传导阻滞的发生率较2005年组降低(P<0.01),右心室肥厚和心肌缺血的发生率虽有降低,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:海拔5 000m以上驻防官兵,每天持续低流量吸氧1 h可显著降低异常心电图的发生率。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of oxygen inhalation for one hour every day on electrocardiogram of soldiers at 5 200 m altitude in Kalakunlun mountains.Methods: Treatment group consisted of 43 soldiers living for one year at 5 200 m altitud,receiving everyday one-hour oxygen therapy 5 months after they entered into Kalakunlun mountains.The electrocardiogram in treatment group was compared with that of 40 soldiers without oxygen therapy under the same living condition(control group).Results:The incidence rate of abnormal electrocardiogram and incomplete right bundle branch block in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the incidence of right ventricular hypertrophy and myocardial ischemia in treatment group was lower,but there was no significant difference statistically between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Oxygen therapy for one hour every day could reduce the incidence of abnormal electrocardiogram for the soldiers at the altitude above 5 000 m.
