| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高血压性脑出血患者经CT导引穿刺抽吸术后的护理要点.方法 对经CT引导下行微创穿刺抽吸术治疗的20例高血压脑出血患者术后做好病情观察,加强各种治疗管道的护理,积极防止各种并发症的发生.结果 术后存活18例,死亡2例,获随访18例,按GCS评分:良好15例;中残但生活自理2例;重残意识清醒,但生活不能自理者1例.结论 高血压性脑出血经CT导引行微创穿刺抽吸术后精心护理是康复的关键.
