| 摘 要： | <正>肘关节由尺骨、桡骨上端及肱骨下端构成，其正常功能对上肢的屈伸和前臂旋转至关重要。尺桡关节脱位影响正常肘关节功能，临床上尺桡关节脱位多为创伤导致，如孟氏骨折、尺骨骨折、桡骨骨折等[1]。先天性的尺桡关节脱位罕见，有尺骨近端缺如(尺骨棒球手)、尺桡关节融合等[2]。本文病例为双侧桡骨近端过长致尺桡关节脱位。
