医联体建设中“市郊协同一体化”运行模式探讨

目的探讨医联体建设中“市郊协同一体化”运行模式，为一院多区运营管理提供参考。 方法回顾性分析上海市某医联体内位于市区的A医院和郊区的B医院2017年-2019年业务及经济运行数据。结果A医院业务量大于B医院，但B医院业务量增长较快；A医院人均效率高于B医院；A医院在医学人才培养方面的经费投入占比及每百名卫生技术人员科研项目经费方面均明显高于B医院，B医院人员经费比例高于A医院。结论医联体建设“市郊协同一体化”过程中，要根据实际，合理确定不同院区功能定位；郊区医院要加强与周边社区卫生服务中心的合作，重视医疗同质化建设；市区医院要加强对郊区医院教育、科研、人才建设等方面的扶持，同时要积极争取政府对郊区医院的相关政策扶持。

Exploration on the Operation Mode of Coordinated Urban-Suburban Development in the Construction of Medical Alliance

ObjectiveTo explore an integration mode of Coordinated Urban-Suburban Development in the construction of medical alliance, provide reference for the operation and management of a multi-division hospital.MethodsThe business and economic operation data of hospital A in the urban area and hospital B in the suburb of a medical alliance in Shanghai during 2017-2019 were retrospectively analyzed.ResultsThe business volume of hospital A was larger than that of hospital B, but the business volume of hospital B was growing rapidly. The per capita efficiency of hospital A was higher than that of hospital B. The proportion of investment in medical personnel training and scientific research project funds per 100 health technicians in hospital A was significantly higher than that in hospital B, and the proportion of personnel funds in hospital B was higher than that in hospital A.Conclusion In the process of "Urban-suburban collaborative integration" of medical alliance, the functional orientation of different hospitals should be reasonably determined according to the actual situation. The suburban hospitals should strengthen the cooperation with the surrounding community health service centers and pay attention to the construction of medical homogenization. The municipal hospital should strengthen the support of education, scientific research and talent construction, and strive for the relevant policy support from the government.
