维吾尔族与汉族上颌前牙区牙槽骨密度的CBCT测量分析

摘    要:目的 利用锥形束CT(cone beam CT,CBCT)测量维吾尔族与汉族上颌前牙区牙槽骨密度,了解牙槽骨密度与民族、性别、年龄关系,为临床种植提供客观理论依据。方法选取符合纳入标准的320例CBCT影像学资料,依据民族、性别及年龄分别进行分组,对上颌前牙区牙槽骨的骨密度进行测量和分析。结果维吾尔族上前牙区牙槽骨密度值高于汉族(P<0.05);男性高于女性(P<0.05);汉族中切牙牙槽骨密度在不同年龄段存在差异(P<0.05);牙槽骨密度与年龄相关性分析不存在统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论CBCT可以具有良好的临床实用性,维吾尔族在上颌前牙区牙槽骨密度高于汉族,男性高于女性,汉族中切牙牙槽骨密度在不同年龄段存在差异。同时,上颌前牙牙槽骨骨密度可能与全身骨密度存在一定相关性,但在评估全身骨密度准确性方面仍需进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective To understand the correlation between alveolar bone density and ethnicity, gender, and age, and thus to provide an objective theoretical basis for clinical implants. Methods Cone beam CT (CBCT) was used to measure the alveolar bone density in the upper anterior teeth of the Uygur and Han nationalities. The 320 cases of CBCT imaging data meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into groups according to ethnicity, gender and age. Results The alveolar bone density of the upper anterior teeth of the Uygur nationality was significantly higher than that of the Han nationality (P<0.05); which was significantly higher in Males than females (P<0.05). The alveolar bone density of the central incisors of the Han nationality was different among different age groups (P<0.05). There was no statistical difference between trough bone density and age correlation analysis (P>0.05). Conclusion CBCT have good clinical applicability. Uyghurs have higher alveolar bone density in the maxillary anterior area than Hans, and males are higher than females. There are differences in the alveolar bone density of the central incisors of the Han at different ages. At the same time, the alveolar bone density of the maxillary anterior teeth may have a certain correlation with the whole body bone density, but further research is needed to assess the accuracy of the whole body bone density.
