人文党建“360”工作体系助推公立医院高质量发展

党的十九大报告明确提出了新时代党的建设总要求，把“实施健康中国战略”作为国家发展基本方略中的重要内容。加强和规范公立医院党的建设，坚持党的领导，落实全面从严治党要求，才能更好地把握公立医院的公益性，有力推进健康中国战略。上海交通大学医学院附属松江医院（筹）探索以推进人文党建“360”工作体系为抓手，分别为3大平台、6个重点项目及零距离服务，在提升职工凝聚力、改善职工及患者满意度、提高服务质量及优化结构等方面取得了较好成效，为公立医院高质量发展提供了实践经验。

Promoting the High-Quality Development of Public Hospitals by "360" Work System of Humanistic Party Building

The general requirements for Party building in the new era were explicitly proposed in the Report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, in which, "implementing the strategy of healthy China" is regarded as an important part of the basic strategy for national development. Public hospitals should further enhance and standardize Party building, stick to Party’s leadership and implement the requirement of strict party governance in an all-round way, so as to better grasp the nature of public welfare of public hospitals and vigorously promote the strategy of healthy China. Songjiang Hospital Affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine explores the "360" work system of humanistic Party building, which means three major platforms，six key projects and intimate services to the public. It has achieved good results in enhancing the cohesion of employees, improving the satisfaction of employees and patients, improving service quality and optimizing structure, which provides important practical experience for the high quality development of public hospitals.
