摘    要:科学合理的绩效管理方法是调动产科医务人员积极性、促进科室长远发展的重要保障。文章基于RBRVS构建劳动价值评价指标表,对科室专科项目进行相对价值评估,建立以工作量为基础,以可控成本结余、综合质量考核、其他专项绩效为抓手的医护绩效分配体系。实际运行后,诊疗结构调整合理,成本费用有效控制,职工满意度提高,有效提升了医院及科室管理效能。该方案可以客观反映产科医护人员劳动价值,但仍需进一步优化医院绩效分配,完善产科质量控制指标体系,将治病导向转变为健康导向

Abstract:A scientific and reasonable performance manage methodology is an important security to motivate the enthusiasm of staff and promote the long-term development of the department. Based on RBRVS, the labor value evaluation index table was constructed to evaluate the relative value of departments and specialized projects, and a medical and nursing performance distribution system based on workload, controllable cost balance, comprehensive quality assessment and other special performance was established. After the performance management implementation, treatment structure was adjusted rationally, cost was effectively controlled and employee satisfaction was increased, which significantly promote hospital and department’s management efficiency. This scheme can objectively reflect the labor value of obstetric medical staff, but it still needs to further optimize the hospital performance distribution, improve the obstetric quality control index system, and transform the treatment orientation into health orientation.
