我国三级公立医院医务社工配备调查

目的了解我国三级公立医院医务社工配备现状，为医务社工工作开展提供参考。方法依托2018年、2020年“全国改善医疗服务行动第三方评估”项目，对全国31个省（自治区、直辖市）及新疆生产建设兵团共143家三级公立医院医务社工配备情况进行调查。结果2020年设置医务社工岗位的医院数量从2018年的109家增加至119家，提高了7%。有18家样本医院2020年取消了医务社工岗位，西部地区医院取消比例最高（18.6%）。2020年西部地区医院医务社工岗位设置率较2018年下降。与2018年相比，2020年设置专职医务社工岗位的医院数量从70家增加至79家。综合、中医和妇幼医院专职医务社工岗位设置率均较2018年提升，仅其他专科医院出现了下降。结论我国三级公立医院医务社工岗位设置率较高，但专职医务社工较少，且部分医院存在取消医务社工岗位情况。建议加强医务社工人才培养，建立医务社工评价激励机制，加大对医务社工财政支持力度。

Allocation of Medical Social Workers in Tertiary Public Hospitals in China: A Cross-Sectional Study

ObjectiveTo investigate the current situation of the allocation of medical social workers in tertiary public hospitals in China, and to provide reference for medical social work. MethodsRelying on the “National Third-Party Evaluation of Actions to Improve Medical Service” in 2018 and 2020, surveys were conducted on the allocation of medical social workers in 143 tertiary public hospitals in 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.ResultsThe number of medical institutions with medical social worker positions increased from 109 in 2018 to 119 in 2020 with an increase of 7%. Eighteen of the sample institutions eliminated their medical social worker positions in 2020, with western hospitals having the highest rate of cancellation (18.6%). In 2020, the post setting rate of medical social workers in medical institutions in western China decreased compared with that in 2018. Compared with 2018, the number of medical institutions with full-time medical social worker positions increased from 70 to 79 in 2020. The rate of full-time medical social workers in general medical institutions, traditional Chinese medicine institutions and maternal and child medical institutions increased compared with 2018, while other specialized medical institutions saw a decrease.Conclusion The post setting rate of medical social workers in tertiary public hospitals in China is high, but there are fewer full-time medical social workers, and some hospitals have cancelled the posts of medical social workers. It is suggested to strengthen the training of medical social workers, establish an evaluation and incentive mechanism for medical social workers, and increase financial support for medical social workers.
