目的探讨基于物联网的医用耗材新型管理模式，以提高医用耗材管理效率，合理控制医院运营成本。方法运用医疗器械唯一标识（UDI）扫码技术，推行医用耗材新型管理模式，形成一套完整的医用耗材管理流程。结果医用耗材实现了从准入到使用的全流程追溯；可收费耗材采购量同比下降28%；患者均次使用耗材金额降低2%；平均领货周期同比下降15%。结论基于物联网的医用耗材二级库新型管理模式有助于提升医院的耗材管理水平。

Medical Supplies Subordinate Warehouse Management Based on Internet of Things

ObjectiveTo explore the new management mode of medical supplies based on the Internet of Things, in order to improve the management efficiency of medical consumables and reasonably control the operating cost of hospitals.MethodsUsing the unique devices identification (UDI) scanning technology, a new management mode of medical supplies was implemented, and a complete medical consumables management process was formed.ResultsThe whole process of medical supplies can be traced from access to use. Chargeable supplies procurement volume decreased by 28%; the cost of supplies per time was reduced by 2%; the average delivery cycle decreased by 15%.Conclusion The new management mode of medical supplies subordinate warehouse based on the Internet of Things was helpful to improve the management level of hospital.
