| 摘 要： | 上海市公共卫生临床中心作为上海市唯一定点收治新冠肺炎确诊成人患者的医疗机构，通过建立集中救治医政管理机制、“五分管理”（分类、分层、分区、分组、分段）救治机制以及医务人员储备机制，提升了新冠肺炎确诊患者集中救治效率，有效提高了患者救治率，降低了病死率，保障了人民群众的健康与安全。

| Abstract: | As the only medical institution in Shanghai to receive confirmed COVID-19 adult patients, Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center established centralized medical treatment management system, set up a "classified, hierarchical, divided, grouped, and segmented" differential treatment mechanism and medical staff reserve mechanism.As a result, the management mechanism promoted the efficiency of centralized treatment of patients, improved the treatment rate, reduced the mortality rate, and protected people's health and safety. |
