摘    要:目的探讨两种DRG绩效评价方法的应用效果。方法一种方法为灰色关联熵权法,它是在DRG指标同质化基础上,结合熵权法和灰色关联度确定各科室DRG绩效值;另一种方法是专家咨询法计算绩效值。对比这两种评价方法的绩效排序。结果两种方法的评价结果呈弱正相关(Kendall秩相关系数为0.333,P<0.05),评价结果差异无统计学意义(配对秩和统计量为0.824,P>0.05)。专家咨询法评价中有16个科室绩效值相同,而灰色关联熵权法评价中未出现科室绩效值相同情况。结论与专家咨询法相比,灰色关联熵权法的评价区分度更高,客观性更强,可为管理决策提供科学有效的依据。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of two Diagnosis Related Groups (DRG) performance evaluation methods. MethodsOne method was grey correlation entropy weight method, which determines the DRG performance value of each department by combining entropy weight method and grey correlation degree on the basis of DRG index homogenization. Another method was the expert consultation method to calculate the performance value. The performance ranking of these two evaluation methods was compared.ResultsThere was a weak positive correlation between the evaluation results of the two methods (Kendall rank correlation coefficient 0.333, P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between the evaluation results (paired test statistics 0.824, P>0.05). In the evaluation of expert consultation method, 16 departments had the same performance values, while in the evaluation of grey relational entropy weight method, no same performance values of departments occurred.Conclusion Compared with the expert consultation method, the grey correlation entropy weight method had higher evaluation distinction and objectivity, which can provide scientific and effective basis for management decision making.
